On the 16th of September, a Wednesday, Team Judith Heard joined hands with Canadian based Gospel and humanitarian singers The Bahatizz to be of help to pupils of Nabuti Primary School in Mukono. Former Airtel Trace Music star finalist Bruno K who has a gospel song with Christian rapper Netron was also present during the visit. He sung Tambira Jehovah for the kids who sung along and danced to this timeless Gospel tune.
The day’s activities included the painting of classrooms, and giving of scholastic materials from the team that had gone to share their life stories with these children. Being orphaned at an early age, Judith Heard shared her story and so did the Bahatizz who we interviewed before their “Pay It Forward” Charity Concert on Saturday the 12th at Theatre Labonita. The Bahatizz have revealed to us that they will be making their first donation to the cause at UNHCR offices come the 18th of September.
After Judith Heard, The Bahatizz and Bruno K plus their team were done with their activities, the pupils and teachers were overjoyed and also took the opportunity to pray a prayer of blessing after thanking them for sharing love, time and material gifts with them. We applaud this team for looking out for the less privileged. May God bless them wherever they go.
